Wayne Stilwell, CEO and Founder

Wayne is a retired US Army Military Police and FA57 Simulation Operations officer from Culpeper, Virginia. He served  tours in Iraq, Germany, Australia, Turkey, Norway and the USA. Wayne has worked in the simulation and systems engineering and training fields at all levels and all phases.  He founded STR in April of 2014.  
Our leaders are all veterans and have spent their adult lives serving soldiers, airmen, marines, sailors and now guardians.

Bill Grossmann, VP Curriculum Design and Army Programs

Bill is a retired US Army Ordnance and Logistics officer and training/ education professional from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He has been a highly successful Army program coordinator and process specialist.  Bill has 40 years of service as a soldier, ordnance officer, simulations exercise planner, Army civilian and global logistics operator. 

Kevin Ramsdell, Chief  Engineer
Kevin is a former US Marine from Springfield, Missouri. Kevin is a highly certified and experienced network engineer with over thirty years of leading fielding, design, troubleshooting, and upgrade of major DoD secure distributed networks.
